Hotel Elegance - Ilidza

A pleasant stay for two nights. Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was magnificent close enough to on the west side of Sarajevo, Sarajevo, and restaurants and cafes. Amicable staff, well furnished rooms with balcony.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, television and a mini bar fridge. It had a hot tub in the big bathroom. Location: the hotel was just off downtown and Sarajevo

Great spot with super friendly staff, top-notch services, and rooms that are cozy and well-equipped. the breakfast spread is impressive with loads of tasty treats. Honestly, couldn't find a single thing to complain about here! 👌

The hotel was in a great location for exploring the city with lots to do just a short walk away. the staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the free airport transfer and complimentary drink upon arrival. the room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a good view.

Our experience was let down by a few things. the room was not as clean as we expected and there was a strange smell that we couldn't get rid of.

The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with good coffee and fresh bread. The location is close to the city center and easy to find. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they were happy to answer our questions.
